Sobins Greens connects customers with:
Fresh produce and grocery suppliers
Restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food outlets
Delivery partners for order fulfillment
We act as a facilitator between you and vendors/delivery agents.
We are not the manufacturer or seller of food items and are not responsible for the quality, quantity, or preparation of items beyond what is shared by vendors.
You may be required to create an account to place orders.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Orders can be placed via the Sobins Greens app or website.
Prices shown include applicable taxes (if any).
Payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or cash-on-delivery (if available).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if the vendor has started preparation.
Estimated delivery times are only approximate and may vary due to location, weather, or traffic.
You agree to be available to receive your order at the address provided.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may still be chargeable.
Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund eligibility may depend on vendor approval, payment method, and issue type (wrong item, damaged item, non-delivery).
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or wallet balance within [X] business days.
You agree not to:
Use Sobins Greens for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Misuse promo codes, referral benefits, or discounts.
Harm the reputation of vendors, delivery partners, or Sobins Greens through false claims.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
All content, logos, and branding on Sobins Greens are our property or used under license.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Sobins Greens is not responsible for:
Food quality, taste, or safety (provided by third-party vendors).
Delay in deliveries caused by factors outside our control.
Any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our Platform.
Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
By using Sobins Greens, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
