Cancellation & Refund Policy – Sobins Greens

At Sobins Greens, we aim to provide a smooth ordering experience for all our customers. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be processed.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Order Confirmation:
    You may cancel your order any time before it is confirmed by the vendor through the Sobins Greens app/website.
    In such cases, you will receive a full refund (if payment was already made).

  • After Order Confirmation:
    If the order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
    Any refund request will be subject to vendor approval.

  • Delivery Partner Assigned:
    If a delivery partner has been assigned and is on the way, you may be charged a cancellation fee to compensate for preparation and logistics costs.


2. Order Cancellation by Sobins Greens / Vendor

Your order may be cancelled due to:

  • Unavailability of items

  • Vendor being unable to fulfill the order

  • Technical or logistical issues

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and initiate a full refund to your original payment method or wallet balance.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for prepaid orders (UPI, card, wallet) will be processed within 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Wallet refunds (if applicable) are usually processed instantly.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no refund is needed unless there was an advance payment.


4. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged, spoiled, or missing items

  • Non-delivery due to vendor or delivery partner error

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery through the Sobins Greens app, website, or customer support.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Orders cancelled after preparation/delivery has started (unless approved by vendor)

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

  • Customer unavailability or refusal to accept order

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., taste, spice level)
