  • You must ensure the delivery address is accurate and that you (or a representative) are available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

  • If you fail to accept the order, it may be marked as “Delivered” and still be chargeable.

  • You may request “Leave at Door” delivery where possible.


7. Failed Deliveries

We may treat a delivery as failed and return it to the vendor if:

  • The customer is unreachable despite multiple attempts.

  • The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.

Refund eligibility for failed deliveries will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
